Corrective skincare at ETS is results-driven, but your treatment should still feel like care. We build relaxation into every visit wherever your skin plan allows. At Eighty Twenty Skin, every treatment is part of a larger plan based on your skin analysis and your goals, whether that's clearing acne, fading hyperpigmentation, smoothing texture, or repairing a compromised barrier. We track your progress visit to visit, adjust as your skin changes, and pair every treatment with the homecare that makes it last. You'll still leave glowing. You'll also leave with a plan.
It's our entire philosophy. 80% of your skin results come from your homecare consistency, and 20% comes from professional treatment. Neither works alone. That's why every client leaves with a personalized routine, and why we'll never recommend a treatment without setting you up to protect your results at home.
Yes. Treating melanin-rich skin safely and effectively is our specialty, especially when it comes to chemical peels and pigmentation work, where the wrong approach can cause the very dark marks you're trying to fade. Our training, protocols, and product lines are chosen with deeper skin tones in mind. And while melanin-rich skin is our focus, we welcome and treat all
skin tones.
Getting Started
Every new client journey begins with a consultation. We'll talk through your skin history, your current routine, and your goals, then perform a full skin analysis. From there you'll receive a personalized treatment plan and homecare routine. Book the 80/20 Foundation facial (consult included) through our booking page and we'll take it from there.
Expect a real conversation, not a rushed intake. We'll review your skin history and goals, analyze your skin, and complete a treatment matched to what your skin needs that day. You'll leave with a routine card, a treatment plan, and a clear picture of what we're working toward together. No judgment, no pressure, just a plan.
If you're not local or prefer to start from home, you can book a virtual consultation. We'll review your skin concerns, current products, and goals over video, and you'll receive a personalized routine with products shipped directly to you.
Location and Access
101 East Lancaster Avenue, Suite 201, Wayne, PA, on Philadelphia's Main Line. There is a parking lot as well as street parking access via the Park Mobile App, Parking Zone 1002.
Booking & Policies
Book directly through our online booking page. A deposit of ~ 30% of the service cost is required to hold your appointment and is applied toward your service.
We hold your appointment time just for you. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window or no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Life happens, so if something
Generally, for peels and corrective treatments, avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for 5 days beforehand. Hair removal: skip waxing, threading prior to a peel service. Laser hair removal should be scheduled after for separation of at least a full week, and avoid heavy sun exposure the week before.
Adults of all skin tones and genders. Corrective skincare is for everyone. Teens 17 and under require parental consent. If you're pregnant or nursing, you're welcome here too. Just mention it when booking so we can modify your treatment with pregnancy-safe options.
Treatments and Results
It depends on your skin's story, which is exactly what the consultation is for. As a general guide: the Corrective Clarity Series for acne and congestion, the Corrective HydroDiamond Series for texture and dullness, Custom Peel packages for hyperpigmentation and uneven tone, and the Barrier Repair Package for compromised, irritated, or over-exfoliated skin. When performed by a professional trained in treating melanin-rich skin, absolutely. The key is choosing the right peel, the right depth, and the right prep for your skin. That's our specialty. Done correctly, peels are one of the most effective tools for fading hyperpigmentation.
Usually far less than you'd expect. Many of our peels cause light flaking or no visible peeling at all. Visible shedding is not a measure of how well a peel worked. Your post-treatment instructions will walk you through exactly what to expect day by day.
Corrective results are built over a series, typically 3 to 6 sessions spaced to match your skin's natural cycle, supported by consistent homecare. One treatment starts the work. The series expedites it. Your homecare protects it. We offer series packages and membership pricing to make consistency sustainable.
Our monthly membership ($249/month) designed for clients committed to consistent results. It makes regular treatments and ongoing support more accessible than booking one-off appointments. Ask about it at your consultation or reach out for details.

Lines chosen for performance and safety on all skin tones, including melanin-rich skin: Circadia (our professional corrective backbone), Face Reality and Mixi Skincare (formulated for acne-prone), TiZO (mineral SPF options), and Glymed Plus. Products are available in the studio and through our online shop.
Yes. Our online store ships directly to you, and select brand storefronts (Circadia and Glymed Plus) let you reorder your professional products anytime. For personalized recommendations, a consultation is the best place to start.
No. At your consultation we audit what you already use. Some products stay, some get swapped, some just get re-sequenced. The goal is a routine you'll actually follow, because consistency beats perfection every time.
