Cancellation Policy
CancellationsWhen you book an appointment at Eighty Twenty Skin, that time is reserved just for you. Because each service is personalized and appointment times are limited, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Rescheduling Life happens, and I understand that. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a time that works better for you. The earlier you let me know, the easier it is to offer your spot to another client and avoid the fee altogether.
Late ArrivalsIf you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and the cancellation policy may apply.
No-showsMissed appointments without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your start time and we have not heard from you, the appointment is considered a no-show. For clients with a series or membership, a missed session without notice is deducted from your package.
